**TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY**

Today is the release of Tony Horton’s brand new program 22 Minute Hard Corps. A challenging, military-inspired workout program designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and get you “Boot Camp Fit” in 22 minutes a day. Lourdes lost 16 lbs in 8 weeks!! I am definitely looking forward to starting this program. I am contemplating adding it in with Hammer & Chisel for some additional cardio.
