MEATLESS MONDAY

Meatless Monday! Did you know that going meatless a couple of days a week can reduce your risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity?

Dinner tonight is Tilapia and these delicious Roasted Parmesan Zucchini.
✔preheat oven to 350
✔️️cut 2 large zucchini in half and then in half again...
✔️mix 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 garlic clove minced
✔️brush the mixture onto the zucchini
✔️sprinkle with part skim mozzarella OR Parmesan
✔️bake for 15 min or under fork tender
Who says veggies can't be delicious?!?
