On those days when you feel like you cannot stop eating and you are trying so hard to stay on track you should break your goal down into smaller steps. If you are always thinking about the big picture/goal it can be discouraging. But if you change your mindset and just think about making it through the next hour without ruining all of your good choices it will seem a lot easier!
