Monday Motivation

Here are some tips on starting the week off on the right track - 
  • Track It! Keep a food journal of everything you eat. It keeps you aware of those extra calories that try to sneak in. If your bite it, write it!
  • Gulp It! Aim to drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you need a little flavor to get it down add some fruit. My favorite is frozen strawberries.
  • Control It! If you are full but can't stop yourself from eating more because it's so yummy - dump salt or sugar on it. Not so yummy anymore!!
  • Move It! Get your 30 minutes of exercise in - no excuses.
  • Sip It! Aim to drink 2 cups of green tea a day. Let the tea bag seep for 20 minutes before drinking it to get the full benefits.
